ARTICLE 2- THE SUBJECT
The subject of this Preliminary Information Form covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation No. 29188, which entered into force on 27.11.2014, in relation to the sale and delivery of the product / products that the seller sells to the consumer, the qualities and sales price of which are specified below.

ARTICLE 4- GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1- The BUYER declares that he/she has read and has information about the basic qualities of the product subject to the contract, the sales price and paying method, as well as preliminary information about the delivery on the website *** and has given the necessary confirmation in electronic form. 4.2- The product subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER or the person / organization at the address indicated on the website within the period described in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the BUYER's settlement for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 3-day period.
4.3- If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person /organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for the failure of the person / organization to be delivered to accept delivery.
4.4-The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the product subject to the contract in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
Paid paid payment 4.5-For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, it is necessary that the signed copy of this contract has been delivered to the SELLER and the price has been paid by the preferred payment method of the BUYER. If for any reason the product price is not paid or canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is considered released from the obligation to deliver the product. 4.6-If the bank or financial institution related to the unfair or unlawful use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons in a way that is not caused by the BUYER's defect after the delivery of the product does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the product must be sent to the SELLER within 3 days, provided that the BUYER has delivered it to him. In this case, the shipping costs belong to the BUYER.
4.7-If the SELLER is unable to deliver the product subject to the contract within the time limit due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather opposition preventing transportation, interruption of transportation, he is obliged to inform the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER may exercise one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the contract with a precedent, if any, and/or postpone the delivery time until the elimination of the prohibitive situation. Paid payable amount In case the BUYER cancels the order will be paid to him/her in cash and in advance within 10 days.
4.8-Defective or defective products, with or without products sold with a warranty certificate, can be sent to the SELLER for the necessary repairs to be made under the warranty conditions, in which case the shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 5- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to him or to the person / organization at the address he /she has indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and the product must be 6. it is essential that it is not used within the framework of the provisions of the article. If this right is exercised, 3. it is mandatory to return the original invoice with a sample of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the person or BUYER has been sent to the SELLER. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded. The shipping cost of the returned product due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the SELLER.
ARTICLE 6- PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products that cannot be returned by their nature, disposable products, copyable software and programs, products that deteriorate quickly or expire. The exercise of the right of withdrawal for the following products is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product has not been used. -Portable Computer (The original operating system will not be refunded after installation.)

- Computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon v.b)

ARTICLE 7- COMPETENT COURT
In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's or SELLER's settlement area are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In case of realization of the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the conditions of this agreement.
